    Yarn is knitted into greige jersey, rib and fleece on circular knitting machines.

    Dyeing

    To shadeDyed and finished before cutting

    Greige fabric is dyed and finished to shade before it reaches the cutting room.

    Fabric stock + spreading

    500Tons of ready greige stock

    Knit programs start from stock. With about 500 tons of ready greige stock and 500+ tons of cotton/CVC jersey on hand, single-jersey orders can turn in approximately 30 days.

    CAD cutting

    CADPrecision, multi-layer cutting

    Markers are optimized in CAD to minimize waste, then multi-layer lays are cut on automated Gerber Paragon cutters, with inspection at every stage.

    Embellishment

    Screen printing or embroidery, in-house. Six automatic screen printing machines lay down multi-color prints in water-based and plastisol inks; four computerized multi-head embroidery machines finish logos and details.

    Our own logistics arm, Green Point Logistics, runs customs and freight from Alexandria: about one week to most of Europe, about three weeks to major US ports.
